40 and Fit by 40
I was just inspired from The Knitting Doctor to throw my hat into the ring and join her on a quest for better health.
You can't imagine how scary it was for me to put that ticker up, but now that it's up, there's no going back!!!
I've got two years until I'm 40 (I'll be 38 in August). It's time to get healthy!

Here we go! Just think, it will take LESS yarn to knit a sweater in two years!
Congratulations!1 I admire you for planning this. Much healthier the way you are working it too.
I ran across your comment for "Luxor" on 'Chewed Away's' blog and now I'm HOOKED. My man just doesn't get it. "You played HOW MANY HOURS STRAIGHT?!!"
Ahem. :o)
Thank You.
Good luck on your quest!
Good luck on your 'health' goal. I'm 10 years older than you are & think you are on the right track. Now, if i would have lost 40 lbs 10 years ago -- I'm sure I'd be better off. I try to take it one day at a time & make better food choices.
Good for you...Thanks for the comment
Best of luck! I'm trying to live a more healthy life style as well and its a sure challenge when you have cravings so bad you can taste what you're craving... or you're so tired you don't want to do that workout that you should be doing!
I wish you well with your weight loss. I have never dieted before, but recently went on a "migraine" diet and my goodness it was so hard at first. It still is. But the end result will be so worth it me. I'm sure you will be so pleased and proud of your achievement when you hit 40!
